Supervisors
General principles
At TIMELESS, we uphold high standards across all aspects of our operations. This goes beyond the quality of service and products. It is also about creating a unique atmosphere of comfort and luxury for our guests. It is the collective responsibility of the entire team to maintain these standards, with the supervisor ensuring the adherence to them.

While the primary responsibility for venue cleanliness lies with our dedicated cleaners and employees, it's essential for the supervisor to also ensure it is neat and tidy. Even when the team works well and follows all duties, the supervisor must keep an eye on the hall and notice details that others may miss. This helps prevent small mistakes from becoming bigger problems.

Consequently, conducting daily inspections of all areas is a mandatory practice included in our checklist.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
When something goes awry, it falls upon the supervisor's shoulders not only to maintain order but also to address all issues within the venue. Even when the team checks everything carefully, unexpected issues can still happen: a TV may stop working, a light bulb may burn out, a fridge may break down, or a decorative element may be damaged. There are several ways to handle such situations.

For instance, the supervisor has contact information for contractors who can quickly resolve issues. If a situation escalates beyond control, it's mandatory to notify the managers.

Regardless of the chosen solution for each problem, the supervisor logs a task in Monday on the Current sprint desk. Here, you provide detailed information about the incident and the steps taken to address it.

PRODUCTS & INVENTORY
The supervisor is also responsible for overseeing the availability of all necessary items for the venue's operation, including inventory, shisha raw materials, finished products, and other essentials. It's essential to conduct a daily check at TIMELESS before the venue opens to ensure nothing is missing. When this responsibility is handled proactively, menu items are less likely to be unavailable. This helps guests receive the items they want and allows employees to work more effectively during the shift.

The list of required items for the venue is stored in the "Supplies" and "Inventory" folders on Google Drive. Here, you can find information about suppliers, item articles, or links to products. Orders for products and inventory are placed as needed.

Sometimes, demand for a specific item may be higher than expected, and it may run out faster than planned. In this case, clear team communication is very important. Employees must inform the supervisor about the issue as soon as possible so it can be resolved quickly.
