Guidelines for gathering guest feedback effectively.
COLLECTING FEEDBACK
Feedback is one of the most crucial aspects of guest communication. It provides us with insights into their experiences, preferences, and areas where we can improve.

Here are some recommendations on how to gather feedback effectively:

  1. During table visits approach tables yourself instead of relying solely on employees. Ask guests about their satisfaction with the shisha, drinks, and service. Engage in conversation based on their responses. This allows you to understand their preferences, opinions about the venue. For regular and loyal guests, consider asking questions such as:
  • What shisha flavors do you enjoy the most? Is there anything specific you would like to see on our shisha menu? Are there any new offerings you would be interested in trying?
  • Which beverages do you typically prefer? For instance, how do you find our tea? Are there any modifications or additions you would suggest?
  • I noticed you tried our popular cocktail. How did you find it? Generally, what types of cocktails do you enjoy?
  • I appreciate your frequent visits. What aspect of our venue do you particularly enjoy today?
  • How was the service today? Are there any areas we should focus on? Did you feel comfortable during your visit?

2. Another effective way to initiate a conversation is when presenting the bill. At this point, it's appropriate to inquire, "Did you enjoy everything today?" and follow up with specific questions like, "How did you find the shisha? And the drinks?"

3. When escorting guests to the exit, take the opportunity to gather feedback, especially if they're not in a rush. Ask questions like, "How was your experience with us today? Did you enjoy the shisha? Were the service and drinks up to your expectations?" Aim to ask two or three targeted questions to get valuable insights.

4. Solicit guests' opinions on new additions to the menu by asking questions such as, "As regular guests, what do you think of our latest cocktails? Are they to your liking?" This allows you to gauge their preferences and satisfaction with new offerings.

5. When encountering a guest for the first time, initiate the conversation with a friendly introduction and a similar script: "Hello! I'm [Your Name], the supervisor. It's a pleasure to welcome you to our venue. What's your name? How did you hear about us? Have you visited any other TIMELESS locations?" Then, proceed to engage with the guest, asking about their preferences and experiences.

Don't feel constrained by these phrases; they serve as a guide for the conversation. Adapt based on the situation and guest's responses.

Make it a habit to interact with your guests regularly. Each guest should feel valued and appreciated, fostering a sense of exclusivity and importance within our venue.
